The Corporate Finance Director will advance Degas’ mission to improve the livelihoods of smallholder farmers across Africa through innovative financial strategies. This role requires a proven ability to raise capital for startups operating in emerging markets, particularly those focused on agriculture and technology. As Corporate Finance Director, you will spearhead equity and debt fundraising initiatives, targeting investors with expertise in impact investing and emerging market opportunities.

We are seeking a strategic, finance-savvy Private Credit Officer with experience in venture capital, private equity, or structured lending to support our deal team in underwriting, due diligence, loan servicing, and ongoing portfolio management. This role requires a deep understanding of credit structures for investor-backed companies and strong analytical and relationship-management skills.

You will help identify and execute transformative acquisitions and investments globally that accelerate or increase the likelihood of DoorDash achieving its strategic objectives and participate in all aspects of the deal cycle, including sourcing, evaluation of business model attractiveness, strategic/financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring and negotiation, and integration.
