The Director, Corporate Development & Investor Relations is a new high-impact role reporting to Eventbrite’s Chief Financial Officer. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and force multiplier for the CFO, leading initiatives across Investor Relations, Corporate Development and Corporate Strategy. Working with the CFO, this position will engage with the executive leadership team, investors and equity research analysts.

You will define and secure the capital that powers re:cap’s marketplace, working closely with our senior leadership team to ensure our business model scales sustainably and our capital supply keeps pace with growth. You will shape our capital supply strategy, ensuring it aligns with business model and enables customer financing at scale. You will lead and manage refinancing programmes, design and implement financing solutions, and represent re:cap to financing partners.
